The house includes seven antique doors, a 1,500 gallon recyclable water feature, flagstone walkways and gardens, and traditional viga and latilla work of the highest quality. Approximately, 80% of all work was self-supervised and 40% of all work was physically done by self. The actual construction took 22 months to complete. It was a lifetime dream and is a living artwork.
