agree to participate in horseback riding activities (which may
include - but may not be limited to - ground work with horses,
riding in an open area and barrel racing instruction) as
provided by Lynn and Murray McKenzie and 3 Crosses
Arena and Cowboy Church. Normal precautions will be
taken in the interest of safety and well-being. It is
understood, however, that neither the owner of the horse(s),
owner of the horse facilities, nor Lynn and Murray McKenzie
nor 3 Crosses Cowboy Church and Arena will be held liable
for any accident, injury, or illness that might occur. The
opportunity to participate in this activity carries with it the
obligation for the participant to conduct himself/herself in
such a way that credit will be reflected upon the participant,
the riding event sponsored by Lynn and Murray McKenzie
and 3 Crosses Arena and Cowboy Church, and the home
which is represented. Correct dress and behavior for this
activity will be observed.
