WELCOME TO JOHN & MARY’S PLACE
Helpful Information For Our Visitors
Please find below a couple of points that will help you to enjoy our non-smoking home the most.

GENERAL

The key to the house is one key fits all: garage, back entrance and front
entrance. Please turn the key to the left and then all the way to the right to
open the door. If you leave the house for more than a few hours, we
recommend locking both locks.
We recommend not to feed the squirrels, as we nearly had them in the house a
few times. You might hear them crawling up the outside walls but, no need for
concern.
Please collect the mail and put it in the den.
We recommend to leave the inside entrance light on if you plan to return after
dark. Also, the radio can be left on for noise distraction.

Heat and Air conditioner Panel





We would like to ask you to please keep all windows and doors closed while the air
conditioning is running; otherwise the motor will burn out.
