In order to consider the applications submitted, a Committee has been appointed, consisting of distinguished representat ives of
science and technology in the sector of plastics processing.
The verdict will be produced in reliance on the technical documentation descriptions presented, and in PARTICULAR
CASES, additional visual inspections and discussions held on the Applicants` booths.

RULES OF THE COMPETITION
organised
at the International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing
PLASTPOL
27.05. -30.05. 2014
I) The competition is organised by Kielce Trade Fairs
II) Admission conditions:
1) A competition application form should be submitted to the Center`s Exhibitor Service Office
before 11 00 on 27.05. 2014 or sent to the Center by mail.
2) The Applicant should declare its participation in at least one category by ticking appropriate
box(es) on the application form.
3) Placing the same offer in several categories requires a separate form for each category, placing
more than one offer requires a separate form for each offer.
4) The following should be enclosed with an application form: a brief technical description of an
item, prepared by the Applicant, allowing for its technical appraisal and giving motivation and
distinctive features; a prospectus or a catalogue with technical data.
5) The Applicant should pay a registration fee of 300 PLN for each application
(offer). The payment should be effected upon submission of a form in the Exhibitor Service Office
or a copy of bank transfer receipt should be attached to the form sent by mail.
Important: The item submitted for appraisal must be exhibited at PLASTPOL 2014
III) Appraisal criteria:
1) the extent to which an offer meets the current market demand and reflects development trends of
the world`s technology,
2) advancement of the technology applied, particularly its innovatory factor in the Polish market,
3) other assets: novelty, environmental friendliness, energy-conservation, etc.,
4) mode of presentation at the Fair, quality of technical description,
6) information on to date awards and prizes at trade and exhibition events
