TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts’ conditions of sale and
privacy policy.
Ticket Sales
Tickets are available to purchase from the St Lawrence Centre box office in person, by phone or online.
Please contact the box office at 416.366.7723 to book accessible seating in either the Jane Mallett or
Bluma Appel Theatres.
All ticket prices are in Canadian dollars.
A Capital Improvement Fund surcharge is included in the ticket price for events held at the St. Lawrence
Centre for the Arts.
The St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts accepts payment by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
A handling fee will be added to all tickets purchased through the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts.
Artists, programs, and dates are subject to change without notice.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission, with or without a refund, if conditions are violated,
and expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed objectionable.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the performance has been cancelled.
Reservations will not be accepted without payment.
Ticket exchanges are available only at the discretion of the licensee and a per-ticket exchange fee may
apply. Tickets will not be accepted for exchanges on or after the date of the performance.
In the event of a cancelled performance, the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts will refund only those
tickets purchased directly from the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts box office.
Shipping Policy
Tickets may be mailed or picked up.
Tickets will be mailed if requested at least 10 business days prior to the performance date. Mailed
tickets are subject to a mailing fee and will be sent the next business day via Canada Post.
Tickets may only be picked up by the owner of the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The credit
card must be presented at the time of pickup and photo ID may be required. Third-party pickup is not
permitted.
Tickets for events at the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts are available for pick up from the box office
during regular business hours and up to 15 minutes after the performance begins.
Tickets for off-site events are available for pick up at the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts Box Office
during regular business hours, until 3 pm the day of the performance or at the event venue beginning
two hours prior to performance time.
Tickets may be shipped by courier at the ticket-buyer’s expense. Arrangements for courier pickup and
delivery are the responsibility of the ticket-buyer.
Box Office Privacy Policy
The St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts respects your privacy. We protect your personal information and
adhere to all legislative requirements that pertain to protecting your privacy.
The St. Lawrence Centre Box Office collects your personal information to process ticket purchases and
for customer service purposes such as notifying you of postponements or cancellations.
Should you give your consent, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts will share your personal information
with the producer from whom you have purchased tickets. The producer may use this information to
keep you periodically informed about their activities, programs and services, funding needs and special
events.
Should you give your consent, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts will use your personal information to
contact you about upcoming programs and special events at the StLC.
The St. Lawrence Centre and its licensees have committed not to sell, exchange, lend or distribute your
personal information in any way. All information is securely stored and is accessible only to authorized
staff.

Patron Information
Latecomers and persons leaving the auditorium during the performance will be seated during a suitable
break in the performance. To minimize disruption, patrons will be seated in a location at the discretion
of management. Management will make no adjustment due to any resulting inconvenience.
The use of cameras and recording devices are prohibited inside the auditorium.
Mobile phones should be turned off and stored out of sight during the performance.
Food and beverage items purchased outside the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts are not permitted
inside the theatre.
Assistive listening devices are available on a first come, first served basis for use in the Bluma Appel
Theatre. The Jane Mallett Theatre is not equipped with a hearing system.
Patrons are asked to refrain from wearing scented products.
