COURSE OBJECTIVES
THE COURSE IS DESIGNED TO FAMILIARIZE STUDENTS WITH THE RULES OF A STATE’S
FUNCTIONING AS A POLITICAL COMMUNITY, THE BASIC CATEGORIES OF A STATE’S THEORY,
THE FUNCTIONING OF POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS; OBTAINING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE STATE AND SOCIETY; THE COURSE IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP
SKILLS, ANALYZE AND COMPARE POLITICAL PHENOMENA, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO USE
STATE’S THEORY IN RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF THE MODERN WORLD.
PREREQUISITES
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
