I wish to establish a practice where there is a good distribution of reconstructive and aesthetic plastic
surgery. I enjoy the challenges of breast reconstruction, head and neck reconstruction, upper and lower
extremity reconstruction, facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty.

I am excited to to be the new addition to the Section of Plastic Surgery at OU. It is a Level I trauma center
with a high volume of cancer reconstruction. We have a well established residency program and I hope to
help develop it into one of the premier residency programs in the country.

I was part of a very busy group practice where we provide plastic surgical expertise to seven primary
hospitals and other peripheral outlying hospitals. We took care of both adult and pediatric populations
and were responsible for a multitude of needs including:
∙ breast reconstruction
∙ head and neck reconstruction
∙ facial fractures
∙ burn reconstruction
∙ abdominal wall reconstruction
∙ upper and lower extremity reconstruction
∙ wound care and reconstruction
∙ cancer excision and reconstruction
We also had general surgery, primary practice and emergency medicine residents rotating with us and we
were responsible for teaching them management of plastic surgery cases and basic surgical skills.
