EXPERT CONSULTANT FEE SCHEDULE
Initial case review requires non-refundable advance retainer: $2500
(applied to first 8 hours)
Court Appearance/ Deposition*: ½ day minimum $1200 plus expenses
*local deposition $300 hourly (plus travel time plus expenses)
Court Appearance/ Deposition: full day $2400 plus expenses
On Call (No Appearance): $1000 Flat Fee plus expenses
Additional hourly rate: $300 / hour plus expenses
