this nearly new custom home, built at a cost of $1.6 million, is
perfectly sited on ten acres of land a short walk from Jackson
Village, with stunning sunsets and spectacular Western views of the
Presidential Mountains. The quality materials used to construct the
wide open spaces enhance your vacation experience. The mahogany
and glass Gazebo with six-person hot tub and favorite beverage
await you; after a long day of skiing at any the three local ski
mountains or the famous Jackson Cross country ski trails nearby.
A dramatic entryway leads you into a large open space anchored by
a beautiful Granite fireplace reaching up to the 25 foot tall clear
cedar ceilings and surrounded by gorgeous Brazilian Hardwood
floors
A spectacular kitchen with stunning granite countertops and a
matching granite table shares sunset views of the Presidential
Mountains (including Mount Washington, Tuckerman’s Ravine, and
Attitash).
The large open kitchen includes only the best appliances... in
duplicate of course :-) Two Bosch dishwashers, Two Thermador
ovens, Two Kohler sinks, a SubZero, and a Viking stove. And that is
only the upstairs kitchen!
On the Main Floor is another kitchen in the family room with
refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher... which is really convenient after
billiards or popcorn and a movie (viewed on a 60 inch Sony LCD). The
room also features another Granite fireplace and spectacular views with
sliders opening out to a stone veranda overlooking the Presidential
mountain Range.
With a wireless high speed network available throughout the Estate you
can work on your laptop from the West deck, or while in front of a roaring
fire. On the main level we also provide a computer with fax and printer.
The Master bedroom is a large suite with a private deck overlooking
the mountains as well. Amenities include a beautiful Cherry Cabinet
which houses a 32 inch TV above a Marble fireplace.
The Master bath is covered in luxurious cream Marble with a glass block
curved wall shower and double sinks and Jacuzzi tub.
This beautiful home has six nicely appointed bedrooms - four of
them are en-suite with full baths inclusive. The two Bunk Rooms
share a large double vanity full bathroom.
