Transferring Mobile numbers
With Your old Sim Card in your old phone
 Select Phonebook
 Select Copy
 Select Phone to Sim
 Select Copy All
Then Take the old Sim card and Put it into your new phone
 Select Phone book
 Select Copy
 Select Sim to Phone
 Select Copy All
Place your new sim card back in to your new Phone and all of the
numbers will then be transferred into your new phone book.
To set up a conference call
Telephone users can establish a three party conference call. Maximum of
5 parties can be connected in the cal, these could be either internal or
external parties.





with an existing call established > across to “ set up conference”
Press tick to confirm
Establish next call
Disaplay will Show “conference”
Press tick to join parties together
When a new member joins a conference all parties will receive a warning tone
To View Conference Parties



with option “View Conf Parties?” in the display Press tick to confirm
Next? Tick To confirm
Exit list? Tick to confirm
If a member of the conference call wishes to leave they replace their handset,
all other members remain connected.
Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding allows users to direct their extension to another extension
number, voice mail, mobile or external numbers. There are variants of the
following:
 Internal and External
 Internal only
 External Only
Forward on busy no answer is programmed in the system and is not user
controlled
To set call forward
 > to set divert
 Tick to confirm
 > to appropriate option e.g. Internal and External, External only etc
 Tick to confirm
 Enter number to divert to
 Tick to savee
The screen will then display where calls are forwarding to.
To cancel a call forward


> to cancel Divert
Tick to confirm
Do Not Disturb
DND can be activated at an extension if allowed in the administration.
Callers to this extension will receive busy tone and indication in display
that the extension is in DND


