19. (6 points). To earn your next 6 points you must send the instructor an email. I recommend you use
your GCC email account. If you use another email account and it doesn’t reach me you will NOT get these
6 points! In the subject line of the email write your name and the math class you are in. For example:
John Smith MAT 230. In the body of the email tell me a little bit about yourself AND tell me what you
want your “secret code word or code number” to be for looking up grades.
20. To earn the last point on this quiz you must turn this quiz in to me at my office (not in class, not in the
hallway). If I am not there when you go to drop it off then just slide it under my door. This way I KNOW
that every student at least knows where my office is….even if they never bother to come by for help.
