FESTIVAL DE LA CREATION
UNIVERSITAIRE
From march 17 to march 24, 2016 in Angers
4th Edition
GENERAL TERMS
§ I – OBJECT OF THE FESTIVAL
Article 1: Background
Since 2013, the Festival has been home to amateur university shows and exhibitions . It
focuses on creations (theatre, music, street art, musicals, visual arts, dancing…) by
students or University staff.
The festival is not open to professional artists.
Taking part in the Festival is subject to abidance by this regulation.
Article 1.2: Objective
The University of Angers wants to help university talents to get recognition and enter the
cultural word.
Access to the shows is for the students, the University staff and the public at large . Some
shows will be held on the campus, others in facilities made available by partners in town.
Admission to the shows is free.
The Festival is meant to be a place for exchanging and sharing: there will be groups of
actors, dancers, singers, people coming from the Uni versity and the public at large,
amateurs and neophytes.
The keyword of the festival is conviviality. Every one is invited to take part in this friendly
and lively event.
Another point of interest is that the Festival is not base d on consumerism: the groups are
invited to take part in the organisation of the Fe stival and help in terms of
communication, exchanges with the public and other groups .
