WARMING INSTRUCTIONS for 2015 THANKSGIVING FROM Cyd’s Gourmet Kitchen, Café & Catering ● [309] 685-1100 Spinach + Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms Bake @ 325F for 15-20 min on baking sheet, until brown + crusty on top, + warmed through. Serve Warm. Bacon Jam + Brie Puffs Bake in 350 degree oven until phyllo pastry is golden and flaky, about 10-15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Romaine w/ apples, bleu cheese crumbles, toasted pecans & cider vinaigrette Bring dressing to room temperature. Chop apple into bite sized pieces. Toss greens, apples and cheese with dressing. Sprinkle pecans across the top. Serve. Cyd’s Squash + Apple Soup Reheat soup in saucepan on top of stove on medium heat until warmed through- stirring constantly.. Be careful not to bring to a boil. Serve warm. Maple Roasted, Mixed Vegetables Transfer vegetables to oven proof dish. Heat in 350ºF for 12-15 minutes for 2-8 servings + 20-30 minutes for 12 servings + up, or until heated through. Serve warm. Sautéed Green Beans w/ Lemon-Pine Nut Gremolata Heat on Stovetop for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, or until heated through. Drizzle lightly with olive oil if beans seem dry. (You may also reheat in microwave on medium high heat, until warmed.) Sprinkle w/ Pine Nut Gremolata + toss well. Serve warm. Traditional Mashed Potatoes Put in baking dish brushed with butter. Heat in 350ºF oven for 20 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Sweet Potato Casserole Put in baking dish brushed with butter. Bake uncovered in 350ºF oven for 20-30 minutes for gold foil pans, 35-50 minutes for 9x13 pans, until browned + heated through. Smaller servings maybe warmed in the microwave on medium-high power setting. Red Quinoa w/ Butternut Squash, Cranberries + Pecans Bake, covered, in 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. If using Microwave for smaller portions, add a teaspoon or two of water or vegetable broth + cover with saran wrap, then use medium-high power setting. Cornbread w/ Sausage Stuffing + Traditional Stuffing + Cranberry-Apple Stuffing **This Stuffing is Unbaked** Bake in 350 ºF. oven for 25- 35 minutes or until heated through. You may add chicken stock if you like a ‘moist-er’ stuffing & cover with foil to prevent drying out. Smaller quantities, servings under 6, may be reheated in microwave on medium-high heat, until warmed. Traditional Gravy Reheat over medium heat, in saucepan on top of stove, until warmed through. Add water or broth to thin if necessary. Roast Turkey Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before baking and bring to room temperature. See turkey baking instruction sheets for further baking instructions. Apple-Cranberry Stuffed Boneless Turkey Breast *gluten-free Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before reheating time and bring to room temperature. Keep wrapped in foil and Warm in 350F. Oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. **PLEASE NOTE: each breast has been wrapped w/ butchers twine for baking. YOU NEED TO CUT & REMOVE THE TWINE BEFORE YOU SLICE. Rolls/Breads Heat in 350F. oven until heated through.
