Documentation required In all cases proof of membership of breed society (the exception to this Is the Irish Draught, membership does not have to be proven here until further notice) Passports/certificates/birth notification documents must be in the name of the applicant. Only original documents or copies certified by a REPS planner are acceptable. In addition A) Bovines: a copy of pedigree certificate (or birth notification for males, letter from breed society listing all eligible males that have been birth notified to the society is acceptable) B) Equines: a copy of the complete passport for each eligible animal must be on file. A female breeding animal over three years of age must foal before her 5th birthday to allow payment to be made for that year.
