The County of Fresno has issued Request for Proposal Number 465-5182, which solicits
proposals for Mobile X-Ray / EKG Services. This bid closes on August 1, 2013 at 2:00 P.M.

OVERVIEW
The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Public Health, the Department of CoronerPublic Administrator, and the Department of Behavioral Health are seeking mobile
Electrocardiograph (EKG) and radiological (x-ray) services as required by the following
programs: Correctional Health’s Adult Detention Facilities, Juvenile Justice Campus (JJC);
Community Health’s Chest Clinic; Children’s Mental Health JJC (JJCMH); and the Coroner
Division. In addition, two (2) local (within the County of Fresno or County of Madera) radiologists
and/or local radiology groups are required to provided readings and/or reports.
The County of Fresno desires to contract for EKG and x-ray services from an outside provider as
described in this document. Bidders may submit a proposal for all programs, addressing each
facility/program as follows: Correctional Health’s Adult Detention Facilities, Juvenile Justice
Campus (JJC), Community Health’s Chest Clinic; Children’s Mental Health JJC (CMHJJC); and
the Coroner Division.
