As a participant you:
 Have the option to purchase items, just like any other customer and participate in the
customer discount program ($12 items)
 Will earn at least 25% of the net sales from your efforts (does not include $12 discounted
items nor tax, insurance, and transportation charges) to be paid to your organization.
Here is how it works:
You obtain customer orders for our beautiful high-fashion jewelry from your friends, family,
relatives, neighbors and co-workers. You will collect payment at the time of ordering. We accept
checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You will then send us your paperwork
and customer payments and we will order the jewelry. Approximately 2 weeks later, all the jewelry
from your orders will be mailed to your address. The jewelry will be individually pre-packaged by
customer with the customer’s name and address on the pre-package. Therefore, you will not have
to determine which customer purchased which items of jewelry. You then deliver the jewelry to the
appropriate purchaser. For your efforts your organization will receive at least 25% of the net sales
from your efforts (does not include $12 discounted items nor tax, insurance, and transportation
charges). The more sales we have from this fundraiser the more profit you will receive. Starting at
25% and going up to 45% of the net sales.

 2 Special Monthly Catalogs (send one to your spouse’s work place with the Full-Line Catalog)

 This document which provides written instructions on how to complete a Customer Order form

Incentives:
1)
$200 Cash to One Lucky Participant
If we have 20 or more participants who sell $400 of jewelry (does not include $12 discounted items
nor tax, insurance, and transportation charges and typically consists of 6-8 customer orders) we will
give away $200 in cash. The names of all of these participants will be placed in a drawing and winner
takes all.
2)
Registration Bonus: Bracelet
Everyone who registers online during the first 7 days of the fundraiser will receive a bracelet
(www.ChildsParkLane.com/sarasota).
3)
Stacking those Bracelets
Every participant will receive an additional bracelet for each $400 of net jewelry sales that they obtain
(does not include $12 discounted items nor tax, insurance, and transportation charges).
The Potential:
Based on our analysis of the potential for this fundraiser, if you sell $400 in net sales (does not
include $12 discounted items nor tax, insurance, and transportation charges and typically consists of
6-8 customer orders), your organization will receive approximately $100-$140 for your efforts. Plus,
don’t forget our cash drawing for an additional $200 in cash. There is a required minimum of 20
participants selling at least $400 of jewelry (does not include $12 discounted items nor tax, insurance,
and transportation charges) to fund this $200 Cash incentive.

Closing Your Catalog Order

2. Place the following items in your large packet envelope and return to us:

 All Cash and Checks collected
 Un-used, blank Customer Order Forms
3. Email us at Danny@ChildsParkLane.com to let us know you are done.
4. Return your packet to your organization’s contact for this fundraiser.

Our Customer Discount Program
We have a very unique Customer Discount Program that provides an unbelievable value
opportunity for our customers:
 When making a purchase of $30-$59,
you may select 1 item up to your total Net Sales amount for only $12.
 When making a purchase for $60-$89,
you may select 2 items up to your total Net Sales amount for only $12 each.
 As a preferred customer, when making a purchase for $90 or more,
you may select 3 items up to your total Net Sales amount for only $12 each.
EXAMPLE:
Customer Purchases 3 Items:

BONUS ITEMS:
Since the customer is purchasing more than
$90, this customer may now purchase 3
additional $100 Items for just $12 each:

Filling Out the Customer Order Form
Print the Customer’s Name, Address,
City, State, Zip, Phone Number, and
Email Address. It is very important to
get their email address so we can
follow-up with them with excellent
service regarding their jewelry
warranty.
Print your name as the hostess name
Record the customer’s selections by printing
the quantity, item numbers, item names
(remember to specify NK-necklace, BRbracelet, CE-clip earrings, PE-pierced
earrings, or Ring in the name), length/sizes
(remember rings sizes in whole sizes only),
color, and price of the jewelry items from the
catalog. It is very important to print both the
item numbers and the item names on the
form so that we can make sure we order the
correct items. Rings come only in the
whole sizes listed in the catalog.
BONUS ITEMS:
Our Customer Discount program allows the
customer to choose up to 3 more items for
just $12 each. Each Bonus item may be
regularly priced up to the total of the
NET SALES.
For your convenience we have included a
tax chart in your packet so that you may
total your customers’ jewelry selections,
insurance and transportation charges, and
taxes due with ease. Use this tax sheet to
calculate the BALANCE DUE based on the
ORDER TOTAL.
For credit card payments, make sure you
check the appropriate card type, and write
the card number, CID# (security code on the
back of the credit card), expiration date,
customer name, billing address, and zip
code. Remember to have your credit
card customers sign the Customer Order
Form.
You DO NOT NEED to write the Director,
FSIB#, or Authorization Number on the
form.
