 Responsible for major retail accounts including Morrisons, PowerHouse & Focus.
 Leading a close-knit team that produces flyers, brochures, press ads, POS, signage
and corporate materials for all aspects of major retail account requirements.
 Creation and implementation of new workflow practices, in some case drastically
reducing production time.
 Establishment of client asset management systems, ensuring up-to-date
information is available to all areas of the production process.
 Ensure that deadlines are met on time, every time.
 Attend key client meetings and manage the client’s expectations, this typically
includes the initial client meeting, major review meetings, in addition to the
standard day-to-day client contact.
 Assess the workload and task personnel within studio. Copy checking all work
before both internal and external sign-offs.
 Liaise with printers for both flyer and brochure production.
 Ensure regional and national newspapers have copy on time, every time for all
press activity.
 Responsible for the on-going maintenance and development of the IT
infrastructure, including recommendations for improvement in workflow systems,
archiving, back-up solutions and disaster recovery policies.
