Pursuant to Article 9 - Consideration and Payment, paragraph D, Funds Available, of

Scientific Program Order (SPO) No.1 to Cooperative Agreement No. ATM-9732665, the

National Science Foundation hereby increases the total funds available from $31,711,596 to $32,931,482 to support the National Center for Atmospheric Research.

This amendment increases the funds available under Scientific Program Order No.1 by

$1,219,886. These funds are provided and distributed as follows:
