Introduction
PD110 signal surge protection device has aluminum-alloy housing, with easy installation, wiring and
convenient maintenance, the product can be used in rugged environment for a long time. It is used with
twisted-pair connection instrument or network data system electronic equipment, in order to prevent
induction voltage produced by lightning or industrial noise, overcurrent and other system or equipment
damage or breakoff caused by moment surge voltage. The product is generally used for data
transmitting wire, monitoring circuitry, equipment circuitry and other audio signal transmitting wire.

Note
1. Please pay attention that the protection device should be series connected between signal channel
and protected instrument;
2. Protection device input and output sides are terminals; input “IN” connects with signal channel;
output “OUT” connects with protected instrument. Please connect the connector reliably, do not connect
conversed.
3. If the protection device bottom is grounding side, please do grounding stably; There is the wiring
connector on GND wire screw to connect grounding collection line and signal SPD earth wire. please
screw down certainly after grounding,. The grounding wire had better be copper wire (diameter more
than 4mm2 ). The distance between grounding wire and collection line should be less than 1m and as
shorter and thicker as possible; grounding resistor should be less than 10Ω.
