pick-up. Customer handles any returned shipping charges for exchanges / returns. Receipt & original packaging must be present. Returns / Credits must be approved by management
& is subject to a 20% restocking fee on all used or opened items. Any missing / damaged items must be reported to KP within 24 hours of receiving items. It is CUSTOMER’S
responsibility to check ALL items when receiving. All damaged packages should be claimed immediately to UPS / FED EX / POSTAL SERVICE upon receiving other wise KP
