If you are a Psychology Major who wishes to substitute a psychology course taken at another university,
you must go a faculty instructor at UF who teaches that course; look in a current Schedule of Courses on
the registrar's home page. (For PSY 2012, contact the Psychology Undergraduate Coordinator). You
should bring with you as much information about the course as possible, including a course syllabus. If
the instructor decides that the course is equivalent to a UF course, ask him/her to complete the form
below. Return the completed form to the Psychology Advising Office, 135 Psychology, to have the
substitution recorded.
