homogenizer, washing, air drying (indirect heating)

6. Dried parsley
Parsley of matching quality, healthy, not damaged by illness, without mold, not steamed
Color: green
Taste: characteristic for dried parsley
Smell: characteristic for dried parsley
Manufacturing process: transport to the place of drying, removing of the possible weed,
cutting,washing process 2x, air drying by indirect heating, selecting, packaging.
Raw materials must not be GMO.
Granulation – dust exhausted, size of parts from 0,8 mm up to 2,0 mm, 2 mm up to 4 mm, for
vegetable mixture powder – milling for powder
Mixing – mixture of granulated initial raw material
Possible defects: slices and pieces with brown shade max. 1%
Milled and granulated goods must be freely loose, without burnt or hard pieces.
Contamination: without insects, worm cases, worm eggs, metal, sand and other dirt.
