MEMBER INFORMATION
Each NEW family will be issued two Bath & Tennis Club
ID cards. Each RETURNING family will use their ID
cards from the previous year.
The ID cards will be bar-coded and labeled with the family
name. This Bath & Tennis Club ID card must be presented
and scanned at the checker’s stand in front of the
clubhouse in order to gain entrance into the facility. The
ID card will be returned to you once the checker has
scanned it. The pool will not replace any ID cards left at
the facility or with staff members. There will be no
exceptions to this rule. If a member of your family
already has your ID card inside the pool, the checker will
page the member to bring the card to the front entrance.
Babysitters (age 14 and older) accompanying
member’s children will be allowed to enter the pool if
the family has paid the $25.00 annual fee. When the
ID card is scanned the information will appear on the
family’s profile.
A member ID card is to be used only by the family
named on that pass. This is of the utmost
importance in case of an emergency. Any member
using their ID card to allow free pool entry to a
non-member will lose membership privileges for their
family the remainder of the season and jeopardize
renewal for the following season.
No refunds will be issued to members who violate
pool rules.
LOST ID CARDS: Replacement cost for two ID cards
will be $15.00. If you lose one of your cards, you will
have two options. Either continue using your one
remaining ID card OR purchase two new ID cards for
$15.00. All ID cards are printed in sets of two;
therefore, you cannot purchase a single card.
To replace ID cards, complete the “Request for
Replacement Form” which can be obtained from the
pool manager. The completed form and the $15.00
payment must be turned into the pool manager to
process the request. New ID cards will be available to
be picked up at the pool within 48 hours.
