All reactions are charged at full price, regardless of the results. It is the responsibility of the investigator to ensure that the DNA and primers submitted are
appropriately purified. We recommend Qiagen PCR purification kit and Qiagen mini-prep columns for plasmids. The following are recommendations;
concentrations may need to be optimized for each researcher. If you have questions, please contact the lab.
