community by performing unpaid volunteer services

they must be nominated.

The nomination should be at least 500 words
describing how the nominee best personifies caring,
and would be a worthy role model to be emulated by
others.

The nomination must be accompanied by two letters of
recommendation, one from an educator, and one from
a sponsor in the community (for the youth
applications).
