Job Description
Role: Management Trainee – Sales
Joining Location: Nearby Candidate’s Location
Roles & Responsibilities:









Building sales strategies to generate business in the Market. 
Efficient in generating new business and ensuring achievement of defined target. 
Candidate must be presentable and have good communication skills. 

Must have the potential to build dealers and broker network in the market and having good
team handling skills. 
Candidates should be aggressive in terms of sales. 
Good Convincing Skills 
Must be very confident. 



Compensation
Basic Salary – Rs. 8000/- (for 3 Months)
Project Incentive – Rs. 20000/If a student able to generate business (Booking) from the very first month then we will release another
Rs.5000/- as BRE (Business Related Expense), in case of non persistency the remuneration will be same
as per above communication.
Post 3 months, if a candidate able to match any of the below criteria, we will recruit the candidate on
company’s payroll with fixed component of 2.4L to 3.6L per annum (depending on candidate’s
performance in three months) + Incentives.

Case 1
One booking per month –
8000 + 20000 = 28000/- (Basic Remuneration) + BRE Component (5000/) Total monthly earning = 33,000/-

Case 2
If a candidate is not able to generate one booking in any month
(1st Month= 1 Booking, 2nd month = NIL, 3rd Month = 1 Booking)
Month 1 -
8000 + 20000 = 28000/- (Basic Remuneration) + BRE Component (5000/-)
Month 2 -
8000/-
Month 3 -
8000 + 20000 = 28000/- (Basic Remuneration) + BRE Component (5000/-)
Case 3
If a candidate is not able to generate one booking per month but able to match final quarter target
(1st Month = 1 Booking, 2nd Month = NIL, 3rd Month = 2 Booking)
Month 1 -
8000 + 20000 = 28000/- (Basic Remuneration) + BRE Component (5000/-)
Month 2 -
8000/-
Month 3-
8000 + (20000*2) = 48000/- (Basic Remuneration) + BRE Component for 2 months
(5000*2=10,000)
