Sports Facilities Booking
Booking Procedure
In consultation with our Director of Sport, Cornwall College has introduced a booking procedure
which has worked well over the last 12 months. This entails a minimum booking of 12 weeks with
a 6 week deposit paid in advance with the booking confirmation and the remainder paid before the
commencement of the next 6 week period.
Please note there will be no increase in our charges for the Sports Hall facilities for 2013/14. This
provides a very competitive rate compared to other venues.
Once booked the opportunity to change the booking time / day may be possible but this cannot
be guaranteed until all clubs have returned their request and College needs have been met for
2013/14.
