Brief Course Description: The End-user Support option is designed for students who are
interested in supporting desktop computing users. Students in this option develop skills in PC

The End-user Support option is designed for students who are interested in supporting desktop
computing users. Students in this option develop skills in PC maintenance and repair;
operating system configuration, maintenance and security; network connectivity troubleshooting;
application knowledge to support users and customer service.
Total Number of Credit Hours Required for Graduation: 60 hours
Summary of Program Changes:
The changes are primarily to comply with ACT 747 to reduce the credit hours for
the program from 63-60. The courses required for the program have been shored
up to better prepare the students for the industry.
