Reservation Policy
Prices are in Chilean currency, if you prefer to pay in American dollars, the exchange
rate on the booking date will be used.
All program bookings must be made with a minimum of 45 days. In case of booking
less than 45 days before the date of travel, you must pay 48 hours after confirming the
purchase of the trip, which may be subject to change due to availability of hotels and
shelters.
To book a private tour, you must pay a bond for 25% of total program value per person
and the remainder of the payment must be made 45 days prior to the date of departure.
Once we have received a payment of the booking, we will send a voucher via e-mail to
confirm the payment.
To open a program for others to join, you must pay 50% per person of the total value of
the program. The remaining members will have to unite and pay the remaining 50% of
the total value of the program within a maximum of 20 days prior to departure date.
In the case of day tours and private shuttle, you can pay directly on the day of service,
and you will need to confirm the reservation 3 days prior to the service date.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of travel with an advance of:
More than 45 days, 100% refund of the reservation.
Between 45 and 30 days, refund of 75% of the reservation.
Between 30 and 15 days, refund of 50% of the reservation.
Less than 15 days, no refund can be made but you can change the date for a future
travel, depending on availability.
There is a fee of US$ 50 of administrative fee applied to each cancellation.
Disclaimer
Extremo Chile is an adventure and conventional tourism company and therefore our
trips are exposed to different risk situations and events that can affect us. Extremo Chile
will strive to implement the program to the letter, giving the best service, but due to
situations that are not under our control, Extremo Chile is not responsible for delays,
loss of flights, connivance problems in the group, natural disasters, injuries, accidents or
death. Extremo Chile has the right to make changes, cancel or exclude a person from the
tour if the guide determines it appropriate, prioritizing the safety and comfort of the
group as a whole.
Extremo Chile is not responsible for extra expenses that are not included in the program
so if the passenger does some extra spending will have to pay for it, such as: extension
of travel, personal equipment, extra meals, extra beverages, extra nights, medical
expenses, etc.
Extremo Chile assumes that our customers are in good health for physically demanding
activities and will respect the instructions of the guide, who will be responsible for
looking after the safety of the group as a whole.
