Uffizi
This exhibition is coming from the famed
Uffizi Gallery of Florence, Italy, illustrating
the evolution of landscape painting in Italy
from its early roots as background settings
in paintings of the 1500s to its role as the
main subject in paintings of the 17th and 18th
centuries.
