California State University, Long Beach Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies Certificate Program in Administration of Campus Recreation & Student Services Campus Recreation and Student Services is a growing field in elementary, secondary and higher education as it relates to the co-curricular programs offered in support of the educational program both in public and private institutions. This Certificate will enhance professional development in the area of Student Services such as: Athletic Programs New Student Orientation Student Life, Organizations & Activities Student Leadership & Development Student Unions Residential Life Student Community Volunteer Programs Intramural and Recreation Sports Campus Services such as: Conference Scheduling Special Event Planning Alumni Relations NIRSA Certification This certificate program is also designed to prepare the student for the Certified Recreational Sports Specialist (CRSS) exam offered by NIRSA.
