Well Baby Clinic
Rectory Meadow Surgery
Welcome
The baby clinic is open on Monday’s from 2.00 – 3.30 pm. The clinic offers
an opportunity for you to weigh your baby/child and discuss your child’s
progress with a Health Visitor without the need of an appointment. If there
are issues you may wish to discuss privately with the Health Visitor please
ask for a home visit. Please bring along your baby’s Red Book.
Just a reminder, this is a well baby clinic and we look forward to seeing
you.
6 WEEK DEVELOPMENT CHECK
Your GP completes the 6 week development check with you during your
postnatal appointment, which will be during normal surgery times. Please
remind the receptionist you will need a double appointment when making
the booking.
IMMUNISATION
You will be notified regarding an appointment for your baby to have their
immunisations at the appropriate time at the Surgery. If you wish to discuss
immunisations for your baby/child please contact Wanda Little on the main
surgery phone number.
