We will offer any spare tickets as soon as we know if there are any. The Christmas productions are always popular and we do our very best to ensure that in the first instance parents have opportunity to watch their child. Children need to be back at school for the evening performances at 5.45pm. The performance will start at 6.15pm. Please note that we do not have the facility to admit children any earlier than this due to staff supervision. I am aware that the queue starts to build very early but this is not necessary, especially in the bad weather. We will admit all the children before we can let adults in. Admission will be by ticket only. If anyone forgets tickets then we will ask them to wait until everybody else is in the hall and then we can assess capacity. Please do not forget your tickets to avoid any upset. Parking will be very difficult around school for both performances. Please be aware that access onto Castle Hall Close could become congested. At the evening performance the junior playground will be open for parking from 6.00pm once Kids club has closed but there will be no access from the junior playground down the steps due to poor lighting; therefore anybody parking on the playground will need to exit the playground through the double gates and walk down Castle Hall Close. The performance will be filmed. Filming by parents is not allowed.
