KEY OUTCOMES key outcomes Provide administrative services to ensure the effective processing of invoices and payment of Government Carrier Accounts by: related tasks a) administering the processing of Telecommunications Carrier Accounts (Telstra, AAPT, Nexgen, Amcom, Internode and Optus ) for payment b) negotiating disputes over Carrier amounts and coordinating the dispute resolution process c) generating and processing the monthly invoices for the Service Delivery Group (Telephone Services, Transmission, Moves & Changes, Internet, VPN, Public Segment and ad hoc) d) monitoring revenue against expenditure e) ensuring the provision of accurate information to agencies f) providing accurate and timely monthly financial reports g) processing other Suppliers’ accounts for payment as requested h) identifying, establishing, maintaining and implementing new processes and systems to improve the overall effectiveness of Billing administration Work Environment i) responding to and providing effective advice to Telecommunications customer billing enquiries and generating appropriate reports. j) Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, free from discrimination and harassment by working in accordance with legislative requirements, the Code of Conduct and departmental human resource policies, including the OHS&W requirements.
