ANNOUNCEMENT
The Brazilian Committee on Dams  CBDB will hold in June 2007 in Belém, State of Pará, with the support of
Eletronorte, owner of a number of dams in the Amazon Region, the XXVIIth National Seminar on Large Dams.
Participants of this seminar will include outstanding national and international professionals whose areas of interest
are dams and hydraulic works, influential experts and persons interested in presenting and interchanging
experiences in their subject areas.
A technical showroom of products and services related to this area, sponsored by owners, designers, contractors,
equipment suppliers and erectors, service suppliers and financial entities, both from private and public sectors will
be open in parallel to the seminar.
