SYLVESTER PEREZ Interim Superintendent The SAISD Invitational Tennis Tournament #2 will be held on Thursday (JV), Friday (Varsity), and Saturday (JV & Varsity) – February 21,22,23 – 2013 at McFarlin Tennis Center, 1503 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212. You will be notified in advance if multiple sites will be used in addition to McFarlin. Play will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday & Friday, and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at McFarlin Tennis Center. All players are to report to the Site Director at 8:45 a.m. for a players meeting. All Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 No-Ad sets, with a 10 point Super Tie-breaker played in lieu of a 3rd set, and a 12 point Tie-Breaker played at 6 games all during regular sets. Consolation Draw matches will be 8 game Pro-Sets with a 12 point Tie-Breaker played at 8 games all. Site Directors: Coach Marc Mendoza – Lanier High School and Coach Darohl Bomba – Burbank High School. Substitutions may be made, but players may not play in more than one division. AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, and Consolation Individual Trophies ENTRY DEADLINE/FEES: Deadline for entries will be Friday, February 8, 2013. Entry fees will be $10.00 per person.
