Welcome to OOA!!
Taylor Stork joined the Westside X-ray team as their new tech. After you
talk with Taylor for a minute you will realize by her accent that she is not
from here, but from the South. She is from Mississippi to be exact!
Taylor’s husband is in the Air Force and currently deployed overseas until
December. She says that this is their first duty station and it is a huge
adjustment for her. Taylor and her husband have the “most precious 15
month old boy named Jensen Matthew and a 2 year old Boston Terrier
named Jax.” In Taylor’s spare time, besides taking care of her son, she
loves to read, run, and play guitar. Taylor says that she is a bit OCD with
her organizational skills so if you randomly see her straightening things
out, that’s just her. She is excited to be working for OOA and can’t wait to
meet everyone!
Nathan Bowman is the newest addition to the Westside Clinic. He is Dr.
Snow’s new Medical Assistant. Nathan is 31 years old, born and raised in

It takes months to find a customer and only seconds to lose one!
The Customer….is the most important person in our business.
The Customer….is not dependent on us, we are dependent on them.
The Customer….is not an interruption of our work, but the purpose of it.
The Customer….is is part of our business, not an outsider.
The Customer….is not someone to argue or match wits with, but
someone to welcome.
The Customer….is deserving of the most courteous and attentive
treatment we can give to them.
