Executive Summary
The CALMAC Website Committee held its scheduled February 5, 2007, conference call
to address the items shown in the attached agenda. The call covered review and
modification of the Toolkit page setup and content, addition of CEC website reports to
the CALMAC database, and an update on reinstituting the MAESTRO Quarterly Status
Report. The next call will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at 9:30 AM.
Minutes of Conference Call (in order of agenda) Call started ~11:05 AM
1. Approve minutes of December 12, 2006 Website Committee conference call.
Approved unanimously.
1. Regular Meeting Items

Review Toolkit document list. This item mainly consisted of a review of a list of
possible reports suggested by Ed Lovelace of SCE. (See attached list) The list was
reviewed and the following action items came out of the review:
o Action TOC – Break Toolkit into two pages – EE and DR, with pop down
menu to select page.
o Action TOC – Have two sections on DR page, one for tools and one for
rulings. Add comment on use of the Find function (Control F) for finding
specific rulings.
o Action TOC – go through Ed Lovelace list and add missing final reports to
CALMAC.org Database.
2. Pending issues about the site from prior calls:
Equipoise Consulting

Evaluation and Project Management
Reinstituting the MAESTRO quarterly report. – Current project manager names
have been accumulated and Mary Sutter will be doing the first round of calls
starting some time this week. Still working on reducing white space in report.

Frequency – After the last call in December, Tim Caulfield sent out a memo
reviewing our planned changes, including the intention to gather data each
month so that short projects could be accounted for. We got strong feedback
from all three utility M&E supervisors that monthly was too often. This was
reported to the committee during the call and all agreed to go back to the
quarterly schedule.
3. Any Other Business

Expanding Searchable Database to non California Reports. CEE cooperation
status. Email sent to the CEE proposing mutual searches. Awaiting response.
Continued.
As an aside, Pierre Landry reported that the International Energy Program
Evaluation Conference Planning Committee board of directors has agreed to
allow CEE searches to include IEPEC papers, not just abstracts. When a report is
found, the searcher is sent to the IEPEC site to retrieve the actual report. Upon
discussion, Pierre pointed out that updating the CEE data is much easier for them
since they only have one batch of papers every two years.
4. Adjourn conference call. Next call: April 10, 2007 at 9:30 AM PST
