* I can only find 9 of the 10 daughters.
Also, did the 1st Ann die, did the 1st William die? Are the fathers the same
person, as some records quote ‘Gent’ some do not.
** Are John & Sam part of this Carter family?
*** Urseley and Ursloy are probably the same person
**** Married as Mrs Mary Anscell which indicates that she was previously
married to an Anscell, but I cannot find proof.
NOTE that
I cannot find all 17 children born to William and Mary
I cannot find any other Marriages or Burials in the Parish records, so I do not
know what happened to all of the 17 children born of William and Mary Carter
