My Favourite Book In A Box/Bag Character’s Perspective Favourite Scene The Three Little Pigs My Favourite Scene In this scene, the wolf has been tricked to slide down the chimney into the pot of hot water. This is the most important part of the book, because the pigs take control away from the wolf by tricking him with his own greed. Now they will be safe. Actually, I am just a poor, misunderstood wolf. When I was young, I ate a lot of bacon for breakfast, so I really can’t help myself. Those pigs are making my life more difficult on purpose. No wonder I get frustrated and try to eat them. I am an upstanding citizen. My Favourite Book In A Box/Bag! For this project you will need a large cereal box or paper bag. 1/ On one side of the project you need to show a character in your favourite scene from the book, and describe the scene and why it is important in the book in two or three sentences. 2/ On the second side you will write a 10-15 sentence summary of the book. Be sure to talk about the important characters, their opinions and how the choices they make affect different situations in the book. 3/ On the third side you will write from the perspective of your favourite character, and he or she will describe him or herself with 5-7 sentences and you will draw an illustration. 4/ On the final side, you will write 5 sentences that explain why you would or would not recommend this book (ideas/themes, descriptive language). Why did the author write this story, and for what audience was it written? Why do you think students in grade 4/5 should read this book? What did you learn about people, and how the choices they make affect other people and even change attitudes and beliefs? 5/ On the inside of the box/bag you will place 7-10 objects that connect to the story.
