Presently we are running the school business named as “MONEY PLANT” which is engaged in producing, marketing and selling the aesthetically appealing, unique and environment friendly artisan products such as clay decorates, designer candles, hand-made jewellery, decorative plants, food items and sculptures. (6) In order to develop the school business we use natural as well as physical resources which are available at free of cost or at minimal cost. either Special skills of the students (cooking, art and craft skills, analytical and technical skills) will be utilised to the fullest extent. After thorough Feasibility study and business environment scanning we have decided to extend our existing business MONEY PLANT by implementing the following business ideas as our final business plans: Introduction of the new project of vermicompost within the school premises. Extension of and craft products by introducing uniquely paper and wooden jewellery, ecofriendly paper bags etc. Extension of foodies business by introducing new product like tasty pickles etc. Reason 1: Easy availability of resources like raw material for the vermicompost, pickles and paper bags and free physical resource of our school and the skills of our students. Reason 2: Low start-up cost for such products like cost effective and recyclable raw materials, free skills of manpower, higher profitability and consumer demands for the above products.
