Our main products are outdoor/garden decorations and ornaments and glass design made from
recycled glass and concrete.
[edit]
Overview of Activities
Our philosophy is based on sustainable development and recycling: the objective of our activities is
to improve and to intensify the utilization of recycled glass classified as hazardous waste.
For instance the glass in computer monitors is an increasing recycling problem in Finland and all
around the world as the modern flat screens in monitors and televisions become more common.
As a social enterprise we wish to advance the entrance into the labour market of people with
difficulties in finding employment, such as those with disabilities and long-term unemployed. As
our business activities increase we strive to offer more jobs for people who are difficult to place.
[edit]
Specific Strategy
Our concept is unique in Finland because it is not easy to find ways to recycle glass. We are the
only business in our field and we work together with the recycling centres who supply us with the
glass collected from electric and electronic waste.
The environment is a priority in our work and our activities lay the foundation for preventive
environmental work whenever it is technically and financially feasible.

Transferability and Dissemination
Our concept is transferable to other countries as the problems of recycling waste glass are
international.
