The mare owner, whose signature appears below, hereby agrees to breed the mare

To the stallion, Ironman, Registration number: 33-09412-92,
In the ___________ season. Subject to the following terms and conditions:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1.
The fee for this breeding shall be __________, to be paid as follows:
a. A non-refundable Booking fee of $__________ is due and payable upon signing this
contract.
b. The balance of $____________ is due BEFORE the stallion is taken to the clinic to be
collected .
2. The mare owner guarantees that the mare is free from disease or infection, and is
in sound breeding condition at any and all times of insemination.
3. LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE: Nancy Maloney as agent for Ironman will
make a diligent effort to successfully work with the mare owner so far as it is reasonable to
achieve this goal. However, as breedings are occasionally unsuccessful, despite the efforts of
all concerned, the mare owner shall have the right to return breeding privileges for the same mare
or another mare approved by Nancy Maloney during the _________
season or the following year ___________.
4. The mare owner shall perform all of his/her obligations under this contract or all guarantees are
null and void. Where the breeding is by transported semen and the foal is born elsewhere, Nancy
Maloney reserves the right to require that a licensed veterinarian attest in writing to the times and
circumstances of insemination and/or the viability of the foal as a condition of honoring the live
foal guarantee in term number three.
5. Should the mare owner fail to have the mare inseminated by a licensed veterinarian, or fail to
have the mare inseminated within 12 hours after the semen arrives, any and all
unpaid fees and expenditures shall immediately be due and payable to Nancy Maloney. Nancy
Maloney shall not have any liability whatsoever, and shall be deemed to have fulfilled her
contractual obligations under the terms of this contract. The contract and all guarantees shall be
then null and void.
6. Should the above named stallion, Ironman, die, be sold by the owners, or for any reason become
unfit for service, before servicing the above named mare, or if the mare dies or becomes unfit to
breed before she is serviced by the stallion, then this contract is and shall be null and void. At the
time the mare is first serviced, or the first shipment of semen is sent, whichever is earlier, this
paragraph shall be null and void without effort.
7. This contract shall not be assigned or transferred, and in the event the above mare is sold, any
unpaid fees shall immediately be due and payable to Nancy Maloney.
Wether paid or unpaid, no refund or return breeding shall be due under any circumstances.
8. This contract is only for the breeding season of____________ and expires_____________. If this
contract exceeds two years, another booking fee will be required.
9. The mare owner assumes total responsibility for all collection fees, and all related expenses
concerning the collection of the stallion. The mare owner also assumes all responsibility and
expenses in regard to the transport of the semen from the stallion owners clinic to the stated place
of insemination.
10. Two doses of fresh cooled are sent in a shipment. . If the mare fails to conceive on the first try, a
second shipment of two doses of fresh cooled semen will be sent. However for any shipment
beyond the first two,
there will be an extra charge of 100.00 per shipment payable to Nancy Maloney prior to shipping
the semen.

11. The mare owner agrees to furnish a copy of the mares registration papers and a photograph.
12.
The mare owner agrees to assume all responsibility for the condition of the mare and shall
bear all risk of loss or damage to the mare wether by death, disease, injury, infection, and by any
cause whatsoever and further agrees to hold Ironworks, Nancy Maloney, and any and all of her
agents harmless for any and all damages resulting there from.
13. The mare owner agrees to notify Nancy Maloney regarding the birth of a foal.
