Registration fee
Accommodation is offered in hotels in
old town: price of single room – 100150 EUR, double room – 80-120
EUR.
The registration fee includes the
welcome party, coffee breaks, visiting
the museums and galleries.
Guest houses can offer single and
double rooms, rooms for three and
four persons, price - no more than 10
EUR for everyone (breakfast not
included).
You are kindly asked to book rooms
before 20 September 2002. Please
send e-mail or fax to contact persons
about details.
Please inform the time of arrival and
departure.
Payment for hotel room on arrival.
Registration fee is 40 EUR.

Guidelines for Manuscripts
Information for authors:
Tables should be numbered consecutively. Footnotes to
tables should be typed below the table and should be
referred to by superscript lowercase letters. Tables should
not duplicate results presented elsewhere in the
manuscript, e.g. in graphs.
Illustrations should be suitable for reproduction, which
may include reduction. Photographs, charts and diagrams
are all to be referred to as "Figure(s)" and should be
numbered consecutively in the order to which they are
referred.

The deadline for submission of papers
is 20 September 2002.
The document may be in English,
German or Russian. The paper will be
published without editorship.
It must be submitted on paper in
Times New Roman 12-point font, and
an e-mail attachment or in computer
disk form (Rich Text Format or Word
Document).
Reports should include, in following
order: title, author’s name, address,
text of paper, references, and materials
section, if required and summary (in
English). Text of paper should not
exceed 2.500 words or 10 pages. No
more 6 photos for paper (in preference
black/white).
