I believe you have the power to rethink and redirect your misbehavior in our classroom before you establish a
record in the office. So… this is your Last Chance to show me that before I ask the office for help (Parent
Conference and Detention).
Directions: Write three paragraphs showing that you understand how your behavior works for you and how your
misbehavior doesn’t.
Paragraph #1: Name the Rule or Policy that you keep breaking and define it out of the dictionary. (Look at
the top of this sheet. Also, tell me whether it’s in Ms. B’s Classroom Rules and Policies or Santa Rosa
Tech’s Discipline Standards, or both).
Paragraph #2: Name ALL of the people your behavior affects, including yourself. Explain - How that
misbehavior distracts from the Learning Process.
Paragraph #3: Come up with a Game Plan, like in sports, where you write about what you could have done
instead and how you are going to make a better choice next time by doing something to help you and others
to do the very best in English Language Arts.
