The stallion owner is allowed to refuse the mare if she doesn’t respect the sanitary
conditions mentioned above.
Rules :
The sale concerns only the semen. Every other expense (semen transport, transport and
pension of the mare, veterinarian expenses, and other concerning the mare) will remain in
charge of the owner of the mare.
The sale concerns only one mare. If the semen goes to another mare, a normal
breeding fee will be charged to the buyer.
The stallion’s owner part of the AFQH breeding program by donation, can register for free
one of the stallion offspring in the breeding program and in a class of Futurities of the
year following the semen donation , a colt owned
100% of earnings during futuries are paid to the owner of the product

By signing, the owner of the stallion will compromise him/herself to respect the French law
concerning horse breeding (semen card) and the current AQHA rulebook (breeding report)
