SPONSORS: Winn Dixie will work with Cox Media Group (WDUV, WHPT, WPOI,
WWRM and WXGL) to give away Free Groceries For a Year from Winn Dixie during the
contest of the same name. The primary geographic area covered by this contest is the West
and West Central Florida area. Contest void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER/ENTRY DEADLINE:
Consumers can enter only during station events at participating Winn Dixie locations. A
complete list of station events at participating Winn Dixie locations will be available online at
the participating radio station web sites: wduv.com, theboneonline.com,
hot1015tampabay.com, mymagic949.com and 1073theeagle.com. A complete list of station
events at participating Winn Dixie locations will also be available at the CMG Tampa offices,
at the address listed above. The first day to win is Monday, April 14, 2014. The last day to
win is no later than Sunday, July 13, 2014.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
You must be 18 years old or older to enter. One prize winner per person, per household
allowed. Employees of Cox Media Group and employees of Winn Dixie, their affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising, print or promotion agencies and the immediate families of each are
not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes only spouses, parents and
children. You must be a Florida resident to enter.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Winners will be selected as follows: 100 finalists will be randomly selected from all entries
and invited to a final giveaway event. The event will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2014 on
or about 1pm at a TBD location. You must be present to win. All decisions are final.
6. PRIZES: Cox Media Group and Winn Dixie reserves the sole discretion to select prizes.
There will be 1 Grand Prize of 49 $100 Winn Dixie gift cards, awarded at the conclusion of
this promotion, Saturday July 19, 2014 at the final giveaway event.. The winner must be
present to win, to receive the prize. Where applicable, winners are responsible for any and all
federal, state and local taxes or fees on prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
7. CONDITIONS OF WINNING:
Prize winners agree to the use of their name, photo likeness and/or voice for the purpose of
trade or other promotional purposes without compensation. As a condition of receiving a
prize, the winner must attend the final giveaway event on Saturday, July 19, 2014, where they
must show photo identification and complete and sign a Prize Receipt & Release Form.
8. ODDS OF WINNING: will depend on the number of actual participating consumers.
There will be 1 total chance to win 49 $100 Winn Dixie gift cards totaling $4,900 value.
9. WINNERS LIST: Cox Media Group and Winn Dixie will disclose winners as required by
law. For a list of winners, send a separate self-addressed stamped envelope to “Winn Dixie
Free Groceries For a Year,” c/o CMG Tampa, 11300 4 th Street N., Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL
33716.
10. MISCELLANEOUS: By entering the contest, each contestant agrees to release Winn Dixie,
Cox Media Group, their parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers,
directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, actions or
proceedings arising out of and/or injuries or damages sustained in connection with the use of
the prize. Winn Dixie and Cox Media Group are not responsible for any taxes, liabilities or
damages which may arise from the awarding of any and all prizes.
