E. EMERGENCY INCIDENTS MONITORED
Dike in Rosales, Pangasinan collapsed which contributed to the massive flooding in the municipality.
Dike along Bued River in Sison, Pangasinan had likewise breached flooding not only Sison but the Municipalities Pozorrubio, San
Jacnto, Mangaldan, Manaoag and San Fabian.
The previously damaged seawall in Santa, Ilocos Sur had been damaged further by Typhoon “Ondoy” and “Pepeng”. The estimated
restoration cost is worth 100M.
Diraydipalog dike in Tayug had collapsed which resulted to flooding (knee to hip level) in all 21 brgys
Erosion of dike in San Fabian caused flooding in 7 brgys.
Two spans of the Bued Bridge connecting Pangasinan and La Union collapsed rendering the bridge impassable. Restoration amount
still being estimated by the DPWH Region 1.

The Mankasuy, Binalonan situation had been referred to the DPWH, Provincial Enginnering Office of Pangasinan and the 54th Ebde.
These offices are now trying to bring in a backhoe for the removal of the river debris.
Two (2) teams from 50th Infantry Batalion of Philippine Army are on standby for emergency response. One (1) platoon provided
assistance to the PDCC of La Union in evacuating communities in San Fernando, La Union.
A team from 50th IB with one (1) M35 truck deployed in Brgy Bantay-Abot, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur to assist LGU in evacuation.
Navy team from Badoc, Ilocos Norte will be augmented by PNP RMG team and another WASAR team from NFNL to conduct rescue
operations for 100 families in Brgys Oribi and Dammay in Santa, Ilocos Sur. One team from 50th IB is assisting in the rescue efforts.
NFNL deployed three (3) teams, two (2) teams to Laoag City, a team composed of 2 Officers, 31 EP, 2 rubberboats, 2 M 35 Trucks
and 1 Trailer, another team composed of 26 Reservist and one (1) team with one (1) rubberboat to Brgy. Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan,
Pangasinan.
200 sacks of rice for each PDCC (Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan), 200 to Cong Ablan of the 1st District of Ilocos
Norte, 200 to 2nd District of Ilocos Norte, 100 to Dingras, Ilocos Norte, 100 to 1 st District of Ilocos Sur, 200 to 2nd District of La
Union, 100 to Santa, Ilocos Sur, 50 to Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, 50 to Sison, Pangasinan and 60 to 4th District of Pangasinan and 400
to PDCC La Union.
1000 family food packs and 525 packs of used clothing were delivered by DSWD R1 to PSWDO Ilocos Norte to support requirements
for families that would be displaced by the typhoon.
PCG Rescue Team stationed at Currimao, Ilocos Norte were deployed to conduct rescue operations in Brgys Dammay and Oribi,
Santa, Ilocos Sur.
DPWH conducted clearing operations in Brgy Banaoang, Santa, Ilocos Sur
