These are services for your convenience if
medical attention you should your usual surgery is shut. They help you
not go to A&E as it will keep avoid going to A&E for non urgent problems

I have saved this in the library under “patient information”, then “local health services”.
I find it really useful to give to people on a Friday afternoon, also for people you are worried might need additional medical assistance
overnight and for people who really need a dentist, or those that complain that we are not always open.
Can you check it to make sure it feels safe (my last version was harder to understand I think) and also that you are happy with what I
have put about our practice (cannot fit much in!).
I have taken out the section on minor injuries as we are likely to be losing the enhanced service.
I have added chest pain into the list of things to go to A&E with as I think it had “fallen off” the last version.
