How do I reset it? - Click on “Forgot Password” and enter your SESA ID. Next, click “Submit”. The password reset link will be emailed to you. Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. Frequent Asked Questions The system is running slow and/or the course plays/loads slowly. Why? - This can be due to the bandwidth at your location. Try to access the My Learning Link at a less busy time of day. History Migration I started this course in the old system, so why don't I see it in My Learning Link? - If the course did not show as ‘complete’ in the old learning system, it was not migrated to the My Learning Link. Incomplete courses did not migrate to My Learning Link. I am trying to register for a training, but I cannot find it in My Learning Link? - It may be that the training you are attempting to register for did not migrate to My Learning Link. Any course that was out of date, or any online course that did not function properly, did not migrate to My Learning Link. - Also, it may be that the course code or course title has changed slightly. We recommend searching for keyword, such as ‘Safety’ to better your search results. I cannot see the courses my employees have completed? - If you are a manger, click on the My Team icon. Select the individual, and click on Profile and then Transcript. Our organization is not in BridgeHR. Can I access My Learning Link? - At this stage, only employees active within BridgeHR can access My Learning Link. We are working on integrating other organizations (=S= only) with records in the International Directory into My Learning Link. I do not see all training content in My Learning Link? - There is other training content (local and global online and classroom training) which have not yet been integrated into the system. Please use the current learning systems/tools and processes to access these courses until they are integrated into My Learning Link. Frequent Asked Questions Crossknowledge Courses - I see the same Crossknowledge 3 or 4 times in My Learning Link. Why? Crossknowledge content is made of Sessions, Essentials, Action Tips and in some cases Video Casts. See below the definitions of a Crossknowledge Session, Essential and Action Tip: Sessions The Crossknowledge Sessions are online trainings that are approximately 30-45 minutes in duration. Essentials The CrossKnowledge Essentials are written files for grasping the essentials of a technique or a management concept in just a few minutes. They are a full-fledged learning tool. Presented in the form of practical 2-to-4 page files that can be consulted on-line or printed, and are considered as the state of the art in management. Action Tips The CrossKnowledgeAction Tips are single-or double-page documents designed to help you on the job (check lists, matrix, analysis grid…). They are stand-alone training tools that can be consulted online, printed or downloaded. They are dedicated to operational efficiency. Dupont Safety Training Courses: - To ensure proper completion of online safety training courses, please close the course via the ‘Exit’ button rather than by just closing the window. Solutions University Certification: - - Have you previously completed Solutions University courses in the Learning Center or ITB LMS? Please activate all courses within your Solutions University Certification to ensure that these previously completed courses show as 'Complete' within your Certifications. How do I register for a Solutions University Certification? Search for the certification by title. For example, search for ‘Energy Management Associate’. Locate the certification enrollment object in the search page. Note, the certification enrollment object will appear as a Frequent Asked Questions material object. You will need to click on and request the certification enrollment object in order for your certification to appear in your transcript.
